Overview

The Manager, Sales Operations has overall responsibility for the India Sales Operations team which will including Sales Operations Analysts supporting Sales. This team will support Sales through analytics, data-based insights, and predictive modeling, This position is crucial to lead team responsibilities, production and culture, aligned to our India COE and to our Global Sales Organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a diverse set of employees in support of PowerSchool’s positive corporate culture
• Mentor, teach and coach team members in the skills, processes and knowledge needed to execute their jobs
• Be the go-to source for sales intelligence, always bringing insights rather than data to drive future growth, customer success, and sales effectiveness
• Define strategic and tactical performance reporting and analytics standards for sales activities
• Automate and streamline the production of reports so that teams can self-serve data, reporting, and analytics
• Identify tool and platform requirements for improved effectiveness of insights and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Domo)

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree, relevant experience
• At least 7 to 10 year's experience in Sales operations & minimum of 4 to 5 year's experience in people management in SaaS company
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills to develop insights rather than simple reporting

• Effective cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Advanced Salesforce/CRM analytics experience is required, other nice to haves are: Tableau, DOMO
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and business judgment
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Occasionally bending
