Overview

The Manager, Sales Operations has overall responsibility for the India Sales Operations Quoting team which will including Sales Operations Analysts supporting Sales. This team will support Sales through monitoring the quote approvals for Sales Operations as well as creating and configuring custom quotes.. This position is crucial to lead team responsibilities, production and culture, aligned to our India COE and to our Global Sales Organization.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Manage and develop a diverse set of employees in support of PowerSchool’s positive corporate culture
• Mentor, teach and coach team members in the skills, processes and knowledge needed to execute their jobs
• Clear understanding of the Products, Services and Pricing as well as all SKUs and SKU dependencies for all PowerSchool Products
• Responsible for managing processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.
• Provides cross-functional support, requiring interaction with Finance, Legal and other areas as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree/experience
• At least 7 to 10 years of overall quoting experience & minimum of 4 to 5 years people management experience
• Experience with SFDC and CPQ
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills
• Self-motivated, high-energy person who is willing to go above and beyond to complete the job at hand
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to partner with individual at all levels inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to also work independently, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment
