Description
The Technical Support team provides solutions-oriented technical support with a strong focus on customer service that is designed to maximum customer satisfaction while reaching our organizational goals.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Work with the upgrade team to assist with migrating customers from our 1.0 legacy platform to our new 2.0 platform
- Configure Dashboard application to standard dashboard content
- Configure Dashboard per customer specifications
- Work with customer to validate dashboard metrics
- Provide remote or onsite training as requested by the customer
- If issues identified perform analysis on data to determine the root cause
- Work with product team to resolve product bugs or potential workarounds
- Write and maintain documentation for the application or customer implementation as needed
Qualifications
Requirements
- Hands-on configuring dashboard applications to deploy standard content and customer specific variants.
- Strong grasp of KPIs/metrics, filters, parameters, and user level permissions/roles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into dashboard elements (charts, tables, calculated fields).
- Experience executing structured migrations: pre migration assessment, mapping, test plans, user acceptance, and rollback plans
- Systematic troubleshooting across layers: data source → ETL → semantic model → dashboard → permissions.
- Ability to isolate whether a defect is data quality, configuration, or product defect, and propose workarounds.
- Proficient with SQL for metric validation, data sampling, and discrepancy checks.
- Comfort with data profiling (nulls, duplicates, outliers) and reconciling numbers between sources vs. dashboards.
- Familiarity with ETL/data pipelines concepts (sources, transforms, refresh cadence) to understand where issues can originate.
- Clear written and verbal communication for non technical audiences.’
- Status reporting, risk/issue logging, and escalation etiquette.
Minimum Qualifications

3 to 4 years of experience on the below skills
- Experience with at least one major platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or a proprietary dashboard application).
- SQL (must), Snowflake, UI/UX, SSL, SSO
- Knowledge and experience on Jira/Azure (tickets, backlog), Confluence/SharePoint (docs), Git (versioning) is a plus.
