Cardiac Monitoring Associate (CMA):
The Cardiac Monitoring Associate (CMA) at PrepMD is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of Summary Reports across all device manufacturers within team account(s). The CMA will ensure clear, concise, and accurate reporting on all these safety-sensitive transmissions in a timely manner. CMA reports often will be reviewed by an Account Lead or Team Supervisor. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to a designated Team Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work towards completing the PrepMD RMS Training Program including “ABC certification”
- Consistently meets required productivity metrics
- Provides high-quality reports that align with client’s specifications to achieve the best patient care
- Performs patient-centric monitoring referencing Client EMR/HER (when applicable)
- Manages device manufacturer websites
- Regularly initiate communication with your assigned trainer/lead
- Performing any/all other duties directed by their Team Supervisor. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Requirements:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Nursing degree preferred but not required
- 3+ months of cardiac device experience (industry or clinic) or formal cardiac device training
- Prior experience working with the Omni software is preferred
- Strong communication skills and analytical skills
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs at time
Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $65,000
