The Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Sr. Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to innovative technology solutions.

The Responsibilities:

• Highly skilled and experienced engineer with a broad understanding of various technologies, problem-solving approaches, and software engineering best practices.
• Leads the design and implementation of large-scale features or complex projects, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Mentors and coaches other engineers, contributes to technical leadership, and provides expert guidance on software development practices.
• Participates in architectural discussions and drives technical decision-making processes.
• Continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth, such as attending advanced training, conferences, or obtaining relevant certifications in cutting-edge technologies.

The Technology:

• Ruby on Rails

Desired Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years of software development experience
