The Opportunity

This role owns our enterprise and SMB sales motion for the Workforce vertical — one of Creatium's highest-priority GTM segments. You'll be going after mid-market and enterprise companies (2,500–25,000+ employees) that are under increasing pressure to prove AI workforce readiness as well as to scale iterative and adaptive learning experiences that truly resonate across roles and functions.

The "why now" couldn't be stronger: every enterprise has committed to AI transformation, yet BCG research shows only 36% of employees feel adequately trained on it. Creatium closes that gap.

What You'll do:

  • Build and own the sales motion for the Workforce vertical from the ground up
  • Own revenue growth by helping companies access world-class AI training tools and solutions
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales playbook for both enterprise and SMB segments
  • Target key personas including CLOs, CHROs, VPs of Sales Enablement, Heads of L&D, and AI/Digital Transformation leaders
  • Collaborate with marketing on workforce-specific messaging and demand generation
  • Leverage AI-native capabilities (Clay, HubSpot, Claude, Perplexity, Creatium's own AI agents, etc.) to scale prospecting, streamline discovery, and accelerate deal cycles

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in enterprise or SMB sales — HR tech, SaaS, or EdTech preferred
  • Experience selling to CLO, CHRO, or VP L&D personas
  • Proven quota attainment — you consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Builder mentality — you've developed sales processes, not just followed them
  • Growth mindset — you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented sales tools and building your own agents/skills is a plus
