About Creatium
Creatium turns static learning content into interactive AI experiences: AI coaches, simulations and roleplay used by K12, university and corporate L&D teams, including teams at leading consulting firms, universities and enterprises. We are a growing startup building out our India team.
The role
This is a foundational support hire. You will define how customer support works at Creatium in India: the tooling, the triage and escalation paths, the knowledge base and the feedback loop into engineering, while resolving real technical issues from customers every day. It suits someone who wants to build a function, not inherit a finished one.
What you will do
- Resolve technical issues across the product: APIs and integrations, data and configuration questions, and the AI-powered features at the core of Creatium.
- Investigate properly, using logs, SQL and reproduction to find root cause, and escalate cleanly to engineering when needed.
- Set up and improve the support system itself: ticketing, SLAs, internal runbooks and a customer-facing knowledge base.
- Use AI tools in your own workflow to move faster, and read or debug AI-generated code when it helps resolve an issue.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 7 years in technical support or support engineering at a SaaS or product company, ideally serving global customers.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting across APIs, logs, SQL and integrations.
- A track record of setting up or significantly improving support processes, not only working a queue.
- An active AI user who is comfortable reading and debugging AI-generated code.
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfort with working hours that overlap global customers.
