The Program Manager, Channel Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering channel content and campaigns that extend awareness for our solutions through channel partners and channel sales teams as well as executing the delivery of channel programmes in the CE region.
They are chartered with building and executing processes for channel engagement and channel-led demand generation. They collaborate with regional sales teams, marketing, and partners as well as central demand functions. The CMM adapts global strategy and delivers relevant content to support the recruitment, enablement, growth, and retention of the Promethean partners in alignment with the business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the global channel marketing team and local sales team, develop quarterly and yearly marketing plans built to increase partner awareness and drive demand.
- Build, launch and evaluate partner event programmes and processes. · Drive the tactical implementation of channel marketing programmes to drive revenue, and increase awareness and support in the CE market.
- Work with the global channel campaign manager to publish campaign plans, consolidate calendars and manage budgets.
- Work with the global channel campaign manager to implement email nurture campaigns to support the growth and retention of channel partners.
- Work closely with multiple cross-functional departments within the company to ensure maximum alignment and collaboration when implementing programmes ·Support partner enablement through joint GTM planning and campaign implementation.
- Responsible for lead management, analysis and reporting.
- Implement and lead live, virtual and hybrid channel partner events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix.
- Work with the global channel campaign manager to ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
- Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of programmes and events.
- Proactively engage with channel sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of global, regional and local marketing activities.
- Support channel partner marketing activities built to expand knowledge, partner retention and advocacy.
- Work closely with third parties such as distribution marketing teams to build and drive marketing plans and external agencies to ensure consistent and relevant messaging
- Proactively engage with channel partners and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of the channel content and communications strategy.
- Communicate and educate the channel sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities and programs.
- Manage third-party vendors to support the channel marketing programmes and regional channel initiatives.
- Manage resources on the Partner Portal and evaluate levels of engagement with content.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in written/spoken German
- Speaks English to a good level · Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Vidyard, and WordPress or similar advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet competing deadlines.
- Experience in the Ed Tech space is an advantage but not essential.
- Innovative, resourceful, and creative program management.
- Ability to make recommendations based on insight, experience, and data.
- Highly motivated and able to respond to new and changing requirements.
- Must possess experience working with channel sales, running events, and marketing campaigns.
Salary Range €72,000 - €87,000 Plus Bonus Eligible
