JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to lead campaign execution and optimization through Salesforce and Pardot. This role manages marketing automation, real-time performance monitoring, list management, and reporting to drive scalable, insight-led marketing programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Automation
- Set up and manage campaigns, emails, re-sends, landing pages, redirects, and completion actions in Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce.
- Configure Pardot Engagement Studio workflows and Outreach sequences for lead nurturing.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to maximize results.
Data & Database Management
- Clean, enhance, and import lead, contact, and account lists from events and vendors.
- Clean, enhance, and segment weekly target lists for our SDR team.
- Maintain Salesforce and Pardot data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation accuracy.
- Document all marketing workflows, standard operating procedures and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards and Analytics Studio apps and dashboards to track marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Systems Administration & Integrations
- Manage Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot integrations to other applications such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and website forms.
- Manage profiles and permissions sets for the global marketing and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the Salesforce support team to implement advanced database enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Salesforce Analytics Studio.
- Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Pardot Specialist certification.
- Preferred: Experience working with B2B marketing teams or in a global marketing environment.
- Preferred: US Eastern time zone.
