Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist Position status: Full-timeLocation: Remote, Western CanadaAnnual Salary: $52,000 CAD Summary: The role of Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist is a key position in the business, supporting both Prometric’s Assessment Services and the external clients for which assessment work is being conducted. This position is responsible for supporting recruitment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for a variety of subjects, supporting the establishment of contractor relationships with SMEs, and assisting in the maintenance of an overall database of contacts. Once SMEs are recruited, the Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of SMEs and their work. The Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist is expected to work collaboratively, both in person and virtually with industry SMEs, members of the test development team, and cross-functionally with client services to ensure project completion. Duties & Responsibilities: Reviewing resumes, screening and interviewing applicantsEntering, updating, and tracking information in SME databasesConducting administrative work related to SME contractsParticipating in meetings with recruitment contacts, individual SME groups, and clientsSupporting event organization: sending event invites, managing delegate responses, receiving and processing invoicesTracking invoice payments and reconciliationsDeveloping knowledge and high levels of proficiency with Prometric systems and tools to support SME recruitment and assessment solution operationsFollowing established procedures and guidelines and ensuring any modifications to procedures are accurately documented Complying with security policy and procedures Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in HR, Marketing, Business or Business Administration3+ years of recruiting/client experience (knowledge of LinkedIn and other similar tools)Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet exacting deadlinesAbility to meet quality, service and productivity metricsPrevious experience in direct client interactionsStrong analytical skills requiredAttention to detail and high attention to accuracyProven dependability and high regard for security
