We are looking for a Service Operations IP Lead in Noida. Responsible for undertaking complex patent services to our global customers including corporates, law firms, academia & government institutions, and individual inventors.

About You – Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./ Mechanical
• 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Expert in utilizing patent search and non-patent search databases.
• Proficient in working with MS Word & MS Excel

What will you be doing in this role?

• Executing complex patent projects while ensuring quality with minimal supervision.
• Reviewing and managing patent projects of medium to high complexity.
• Strong experience in handling IP projects such as Patent Searches & Analytics and Technology monitoring. A strong background in Search Execution especially, Freedom to Operate and Invalidity Searches.
• Maintain interactive and mature relationships with clients.
• Participate in scoping calls as subject matter expert on services/technologies, understand customer needs, and scope projects.
• Leading training initiatives within the team.
• Adherence to organizational policies.
• Actively look for opportunities for process improvement and lead process improvement activities.
• Effectively communicate with customers on project-specific matters.
• Contribute towards achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support Project Managers in planning project timelines and resource allocation.

Hours of Work

• 40 working hours a week with flexible time between 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (IST) and this is a permanent role.
