As the Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the organization's digital transformation journey by orchestrating the successful adoption and integration of cutting-edge collaboration and productivity tools. Your primary focus will revolve around implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Colleague Experience Platform (CXP) on Microsoft SharePoint while also championing other essential digital tools such as Microsoft Viva, Microsoft 365 CoPilot, Power Platform apps, Microsoft Teams Native & Premium, SharePoint Premium, and various GEN AI (Artificial Intelligence) productivity tools. This pivotal role entails close collaboration with the Global Brand and Communications team, all while reporting to the IT Services organization. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in crafting a comprehensive adoption strategy, establishing a Global Champions program, fostering engagement, and ensuring seamless alignment between technology adoption and organizational goals across all Clarivate segments.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience in digital collaboration and implementation of productivity tools.
  • Proven expertise in SharePoint administration, permissions management, and content governance.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project methodologies, change management principles, and user experience design.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Viva, Microsoft 365 CoPilot, Power Platform apps, Microsoft Teams Native & Premium, and other GEN AI productivity tools.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Define and implement a robust digital collaboration strategy aligned with organizational objectives and establish governance frameworks & best practices for effectively utilizing collaboration platforms and digital tools.
  • Lead efforts to implement the Colleague Experience Platform with an external partner and manage post-implementation enhancements and administration.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement colleague-centric enhancements and ensure alignment with IT, Comms, Brand, Compliance, Security, and Business requirements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for adopting and deploying digital collaboration tools along with that define clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics for implementation, training initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts by partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Drive organizational-wide adoption of digital tools and platforms through effective change management strategies.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs to empower colleagues to drive proficiency in utilizing new tools and facilitate peer-to-peer support.
  • Utilize data analytics and user feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of implemented digital tools and derive actionable insights to refine strategies, optimize user experiences, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business objective and manage their expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of digital collaboration professionals and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
  • Regularly report progress on adoption strategies, challenges, and successes to senior management and IT Services organization.

Hours of Work

  • Full time, permanent
  • 40 hours in a week- Timing- 2 to 11 PM
  • Candidate should be flexible and open for 24*7
