We are looking for a Senior Team Lead to join our Product Support in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work for quality control of market research reports and other product line, in Medtech domain. The Product Support team works closely with our market research analyst group and other internal departments to produce high-quality deliverables.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

· 3-6 years of relevant experience in editing/writing with an undergraduate degree (or above) and a proven record of academic success (Business or Commerce degree an asset)

· Mastery of English language grammar and spelling

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Proven teamwork skills and demonstrated success in working with others, both within the team as well as with individuals in other departments

· Capable of working independently and making informed decisions

· Strong memory for detail and an instinct for recognizing patterns, creating categories, and organizing ideas

· Ability to provide recommendations and implement processes that improve the consistency of the client experience and enhance the value provided to clients across deliverables

· Willingness to question assumptions, theories, and facts

· Ability to recognize what is missing in content, argument, or presentation and to proactively make clear, actionable recommendations for resolution or improvement

· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills (must be capable of working with and analyzing data)

· Time management skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines and time constraints

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Knowledge of medical device industry preferred

· Familiarity with content management systems an asset but not mandatory

What will you be doing in this role?

· Manage and mentor other Product Support Analysts in their day-to-day work

· Monitoring report production timelines and related communications to ensure that the team achieves its goals; proactively identify barriers to production and suggest solutions

· Collaborate closely with immediate team members based in other global offices to coordinate execution

· Collaborate closely with leaders overseeing medtech Market Research Analyst teams to meet or exceed broader team production goals

· Interpret data and content provided by Market Research Analysts and translate them into carefully crafted and effectively articulated business writing

· Perform highly detailed and substantive edits on reports and other company publications to ensure professionalism and quality, as well as adherence to house style

· Identify discrepancies and holes in logic between text and data tables and provide actionable recommendations for resolution

· Assist in data checking, uploading of reports to the company platform/website, reviewing of marketing materials, and other day-to-day activities

· Take dense and complex topics and convey them to a broad audience; identify and help resolve content/organization issues

· Assist in resolving discrepancies in data versus text, content structure, consistency, and organization within reports

· Provide training resources and proactively recommend strategies to Market Research Analysts to improve baseline quality of deliverables on an iterative basis

· Contribute to process or product improvement efforts related to production workflow, product structure, and/or knowledge management

Hours of Work

45 working hours a week, 9:00AM – 06:00PM (IST) and this is a permanent role.
