We are looking for a Serbian based Associate Demand Marketing Manager (entry level) to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) Demand Marketing team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in marketing. The role will report to a senior member of the team and be responsible for supporting the team with daily marketing activities such as campaign execution, data and lead management. Our demand team is responsible for driving the development of global marketing programs for one of the world’s most trusted providers of analytics and insights. This is a creative, data-driven and highly collaborative role that is critical for building demand for Clarivate products and services that help increase the pace of innovation and improve patient lives.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 2-5 years marketing related experience
• Marketing related degree/qualification
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• A test-and-learn mindset: Unafraid to try new channels and bring new ideas to the table
• Team player with problem solving skills
• Analytical and creative thinking with an interest in campaign analysis and optimization. Ability to recommend changes where appropriate.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Support demand marketers with the design, launch and project management of campaigns
• Support marketers with lead management and data cleansing
• Support the creation and management of digital activities like paid search
• Support the team when working with the broader marketing team including product marketing, field Marketing, sales teams, external comms
• Support marketers with tactical and campaign level reporting
• Supports marketers with lead and data capture and management

About the Team

LS&H demand team is made up of 5 marketers from the US and UK specialising in B2B demand generation, ABM (Account based marketing) and events. The demand team sits within a larger LS&H marketing function consisting of product, field and industry marketing. The demand team work closely with the other functions of marketing as well as the sales team.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
