We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Belgrade, Serbia office. This is an amazing opportunity to work with enterprise Marketing Automation and CRM platforms, and we would love to speak with you if you have the necessary skills and drive for excellence.

The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst manages the flow of information between the systems that track our prospect and customer journeys and the marketers that will use this information to determine and drive our growth strategies. This is a position that requires a critical-thinking multi-tasker to liaise with marketing, sales, and business operations to keep the flow of information between systems running efficiently and effectively.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related fields with a focus on data science and analytics
  • English proficiency (C1 level)
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analysis, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience maintaining and building visualizations, reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • At least 2 years working experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Working experience with Power BI or similar visualization tool
  • Demonstrated understanding of the marketing ecosystem and how to analyze and optimize performance
  • Experience querying 3rd party APIs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Extract, and analyze data from disparate data sources (Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, Oracle Database, etc...).
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards using Power BI or some other visualization platform to effectively track and communicate performance metrics.
  • Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns across various marketing channels (Events, Webinars, Tradeshows, CRM, paid search, paid social, etc..) to improve overall marketing performance and drive pipeline growth.
  • Ensure proper data hygiene and governance is in place.
  • Create ad-hoc analyses as needed

About the Team

We are a team who are integral to ensuring the wider marketing teams can run their campaigns, developing, and maintaining email, landing page, and form templates, ensuring the synchronization of the marketing automation platform and the CRMs, and provide extensive support of all these efforts where needed. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations in the Intellectual Property Segment and will collaborate closely with marketing teams' company wide.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
