Demand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the design, development, execution and measurement of integrated lead creation and demand marketing digital for Clarivate Academia & Government solutions. The Demand Marketing Manager is critical to drive and accelerate marketing growth and help to ensure that marketing-impacted sales and revenue targets are met. You will collaborate with key stakeholders within marketing, sales and business to grow demand at all stages of the marketing funnel. You will also measure campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle and drive toward optimization through testing and a data-based, iterative approach. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing, OR Equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in B2B digital demand marketing campaigns
- 5 years of experience developing integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline contribution with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies

- CIM certification is a plus
- Experience of keyword search, SEO/SEM management, social media, retargeting, paid social
- Experience of eCommerce and digital advertising
- Proven experience of working with Product Marketing teams
- Ability to translate solution and product benefits into campaigns focused on buyer needs
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush
- Understanding and knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience / knowledge of marketing automation and database
- Experience with project management with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with ability to approach digital marketing campaigns creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical and quantitative skill set with ability to understand performance results and embrace continuous improvement.
What will you be doing in this role?...
- Lead strategic development and execution of global demand creation and lead generation marketing for Clarivate solutions through integrated, multi-channel campaigns using digital best practices.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, defining the go-to-market plan to improve lead generation.
- Apply use of digital marketing best practice to enhance engagement and conversion
- Develop short-term and long-term digital demand strategy plans
- Collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to identify target personas, leverage key value propositions and align on business needs
- Partner with the product and marketing stakeholders to understand sales drivers, align on priorities and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration
- Employ appropriate marketing channels needed to achieve digital marketing reach and effectiveness; grow use of new channels to expand overall reach
- Leverage data and results across all levels of the marketing and sales funnel, analyze performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals and modify approach as needed
- Embrace testing throughout the campaign life cycle
- Ensure that effective demand marketing occurs at multiple levels of the marketing and sales funnels, in cooperation with business and marketing teams, to accelerate sales and revenue recognition
Hours of Work
- Full time, permanent
- Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, off-hours work/on-call shifts may be required to meet customer and/or business needs.
- Hybrid Position: Must be able to work 2/3 days a week in our Sao Paulo office
