We are looking for an Associate Legal Content Analyst (Japanese) to join our Darts-IP Team in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Intellectual Property case law. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Understanding and analyzing text written in Japanese
  • Extracting corporate and entity information from case documents and third-party reference websites in line with the Darts-IP curation policies.
  • Extracting entity information from IP case law and encoding the information in the database
  • Achieving target volume deliverables with high efficiency and quality.
  • Determining the course of action based on internal guidelines.
  • Performing regular checks to maintain the quality of encoding by following internal guidelines.
  • Maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach towards process changes.
  • Attending meetings with team leads/managers to notify ongoing processes and execute any updates to instructions
  • Reporting any inconsistencies to the team lead/manager

  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property
  • Knowledge of Law in general

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Extracting information from Intellectual Property case law and encoding the information in the database.
  • Providing Feedback about any error in the system.
  • Quality Checks
  • Maintaining the quality of analysis by attending meetings with the supervisors and following updates

Hours of Work

  • 8 hours per day (Full-time)
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
