Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Salesforce Product Owner to lead our Salesforce platform initiatives. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering a clear and actionable product roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven ability to drive product strategy and manage Agile development processes.


About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner within an Agile environment
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • A broad technical understanding of a wide range of platforms and technologies.
  • Experience working in a global virtual team environment, driving, and maintaining the consistent adoption of centrally governed standards for service delivery.

What will you be doing in this role?

Roadmap Development:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive Discovery and Delivery Roadmap that clearly outlines timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Define and communicate the vision and strategic objectives for the Salesforce platform

Product Strategy & Execution:

  • Align detailed features, functions, and user stories with the overall business strategy
  • Prioritize product enhancements and new features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs
  • Serve as the final decision-maker on Salesforce product initiatives, ensuring that decisions are respected and upheld across the organization

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Success, and external partners—to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and customers to collect feedback and refine product features

Agile Leadership:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features in alignment with the roadmap

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track product performance and make data-driven adjustments to the roadmap and strategy as needed
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends, best practices, and new features to continuously enhance the platform’s capabilities

Advocacy & Communication:

  • Act as a product evangelist, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the Salesforce platform both internally and externally
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes

About the Team

The Enterprise Services team ensures the performance and availability of critical business systems while optimizing technologies to align with business processes, including transformation and integration activities. Enterprise Services is committed to accelerating delivery while making sure that all implementations bring value and avoid unintended consequences.

Hours of Work

  • Full time, permanent
  • Hybrid working model on-site up to 3 days/week
  • Working core business hours to support local time zones with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
