Content Ingestion Analyst

We are looking for a Content Ingestion Analyst to join Provider Relations team for Data Acquisition. You will provide essential capacity to onboard new data providers and maintain existing ones. The team has a special focus on novel approaches to data acquisition and analytical functions that emphasize cross-team collaboration and communication, as well as domain expertise. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in library and information science or computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working with intellectual property data sources
- 2 + years of experience identifying, collecting, cleaning, analyzing the raw data using varying tools and techniques to find trends and correlations and finally interpreting results and making the reports.
- 2+ years of experience with MS Excel or equivalent Excel certificate (advanced level)
- 2 + years of experience with parsing data from HTML, XML, JSON, or any text format
It would be great if you also had...
- Experience with document processing (OCR, XML parsing etc.).
- Knowledge of relational database(s) or non-relational data bases; understanding of information retrieval; experience using regular expressions.
- Ability to be a critical and logical thinker; proven record of communicating and working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to reach resolution, share knowledge, and maintain strong relationships.
- Knowledge of a language other than English & Serbian.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Verify quality of vendor data and report to the manager.
- Closely collaborate with the data acquisition expert and across the team on the deep analysis of the data acquired and ready to be sent to the content analyst.
- You will be in close contact with vendor network on all operational issues.
- Perform break/fix analysis and repairs using third-party or internal applications; consistently communicate status and maintain reports throughout all phases of new content, migration, project, and sustaining work.
- Share functional and technical knowledge with other team members; contribute to problem solving, collaboration, process improvement, and information sharing.
About the Team
The team is multi-disciplinary consisting of administrative staff as well as analysts and data acquisition experts. The team is responsible for maintaining the entire vendor network administration and data acquisition to support the Provider Relations team for data acquisition in delivering a timely, complete, and accurate data for different Clarivate IPG products as well as the other teams within Clarivate.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
