As our Content Marketing Strategist, you’ll share this story by creating marketing content that shows how AI and microlearning are transforming workplace learning. About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Strategist who can tell Qstream’s story in a clear, engaging, and authentic way. This role will create and manage content that supports demand generation, sales enablement, customer marketing, and brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for producing high - quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our audiences and showcases the value of Qstream and its use of AI in learning and development.

  • Tell the Qstream story creatively and passionately
  • Own and execute the content marketing strategy in alignment with Qstream’s brand, messaging, and business objectives
  • Lead ongoing enhancement to the Qstream website and brand in alignment with strategic messaging initiatives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across formats, including: web pages, email campaigns, webinars, social posts, eBooks, blogs, videos, ABM campaigns, event assets, press releases, case studies, pitch decks and other sales collateral
  • Develop high-quality conversion-focused content that delivers measurable impact on demand generation objectives (MQL/SQL) and drives both new business acquisition and existing customer expansion and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with business development, demand generation, client services, product management, and sales to create content that supports pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to identify key messages and updates, ensuring that our content reflects the latest news and product enhancements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clear internal alignment and strong external impact.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content development, adapt messaging for different prospect and customer audiences
  • Measure and analyze what’s working and what isn’t in our content marketing efforts
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in tech companies focused on HR, EdTech/learning technology, or life sciences is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional creative writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn ideas into clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
  • Proven experience producing diverse content formats, including blog posts, case studies, eBooks, videos, and infographics.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered content tools and eager to explore how AI can improve the content creation process.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and AEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve discoverability.
  • Ability to design engaging content to complement written materials, including graphics, slides, and multimedia assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
