Title: Financial Operations Analyst

Duration: 12 months contract (Maternity leave cover)

Location: Dublin

Reports to: VP of Finance

Salary Range: €30,000 - €40,000 (euro)

Qstream is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Financial Operations Analyst for a 12-month maternity leave cover. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will support our day-to-day transaction processing, bookkeeping and collections. This role is for an aspiring accounting professional who loves tracking the numbers, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating across both our Irish and US business functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) functions
• (AR) Invoicing customers, working with customers on collections daily/continuously
• (AP) Routing incoming bills for approval, posting bills to our general ledger (where needed)
• Focus on bookkeeping - Recording transactions, reconciling accounts, journal entries (e.g. invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation)
• Supporting the Sales process (closing of sales booking followed by invoicing)
• Assist with monthly commissions, semi-monthly US payroll, and monthly Ireland payroll
• Assist in audits, tax inquiries, monthly/quarterly tax filings & payments

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related position
• Helpful Software experience; Quickbooks or similar accounting system, ADP or similar payroll processing system, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Strong Excel capabilities is important
• Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
• Self-starter with ability to take ownership of processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or multinational corporate environment.
• Progress toward a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or Accounting Technician certification) is a plus.
• Prior experience dealing with cross-border transactions (US and Ireland/EU)
• and multi-currency environments.
