Job Location: Karachi, PK

Working hours: 7:00pm to 4:00am
Working days: Monday to Friday
Type: Regular, Full-Time
Compensation: 125k to 150k PKR

The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for writing stories by utilizing the knowledge base available in the form of provided document and business discussions. Artifacts created by Business Analyst will meet quality standards set by company.
Moreover, tasks will include performing requirements analysis and perform some testing.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Team Lead and Developers on tasks related to the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities
• In depth QA and testing – negative and regression, alongside functional testing and data validation
• Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption
• Analyze and propose configurations and other changes within the system per business requirements
• Coordination with architects to understand and effectively communicate solution direction for the project with team members, ensuring inclusion of all required resources
• Work as part of project teams implementing business solutions across Go-To-Market, Investment Process, and Supporting Services
• Perform analysis and investigation of complex business problems
• Review new product features to review system impact and consistency across product offerings
• Plan, facilitate and conduct requirements gathering workshops with external clients
• Define, maintain and track changes to requirements documentation
• Story writing.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
· Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and Data Analysis skills.
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
• Attention to detail.
