University Relationship Manager

We are seeking a University Relationships Manager to collaborate with our University partners and assist them in optimizing their use of Quinncia.
This position is a hybrid near Somerville, NJ, or fully remote in the Boston/Cambridge, MA area. We would prefer that you are available between 10 AM and 4 PM (EST) every day to connect with the team and customers.

We are seeking a person who is process-driven and relationship-driven. They will be the point of contact for all the career centers of our University partners and make sure the product is used the right way, collect feedback, work on implementation, help the company in deciding new features and product development, manage the relationship with the university and most importantly make sure students are getting trained in the correct way to optimize their job search and education outcome.

About Quinncia:
Quinncia is a career readiness platform that improves college student outcomes by improving students’ resumes and interview skills using our AI. Quinncia allows career services to scale their offerings by allowing each student to receive personalized feedback on their resume and interview skills. 60% of graduates every year are either unemployed or underemployed on graduation day. Our goal is to integrate career readiness into the academic curriculum and make sure that every student has a job within 90 days of graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of business of our university partners
- Provide them with monthly and quarterly updates, metrics, and how students are using the platform
- Help in the creation and implementation strategy for large and small universities
- Walk new partners through our onboarding process
- Manage relationships for renewals and increase the use of Quinncia within the university
- Collect feedback from University partners on new features and product development
- Create groups and set-ups for University partners to connect and share their Quinncia strategies and best practices
- Create word-of-mouth referrals for new sales and warm leads
- Help manage our student support chat and keep the resource center up to date
Skill requirements needed:
- Strong relationship skills
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal professional communication
- Strong critical thinking skills along with a process-driven mentality
- Be able to thrive in the uncertain & fast-paced environments
- Previous Customer success or relationship management experience strongly preferred (added bonus if experience in higher education)
- CRM experience is a must (Hubspot would be ideal)

The Role starts with a $60-$75K in compensation with the ability to grow to $100k by year 2/3 years.
