About this position
As our Director of Consumer Marketing, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of Quizizz. You'll lead a talented team of marketers to develop and execute growth strategies that attract, engage, and retain users across our platform. You'll leverage your expertise in various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and content marketing, to drive sustainable user growth.

What you will do:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive consumer marketing strategies: Develop data-driven plans to achieve ambitious user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Empower your team: Provide expert guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and high performance within your team.
  • Uncover growth opportunities: Leverage data analysis, market trends, and user insights to identify and prioritize areas for growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
  • Maximize ROI through digital advertising: Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Craft compelling email marketing: Oversee email campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and messaging to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Fuel organic growth: Develop and execute content marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new users.
  • Forge strategic partnerships: Establish and cultivate relationships with relevant organizations and influencers to expand reach and user base.
  • Measure and analyze: Monitor key performance metrics to track progress towards growth targets and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and implement industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer marketing or similar roles, with a demonstrably successful track record in achieving significant user growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing analytics tools to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of learners and educators.

    Salary range:
    $150,000 - $210,000 per annum
