About The Role:
Are you someone who has a knack for spotting talent? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our dynamic team. From building robust candidate pipelines, to partnering with the hiring managers in our quest of building a world class technology company, you'll play a pivotal role in our team. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, think outside the box, and have a blast while doing it!
What You Will Do:
- Act as a trusted partner to the hiring managers, collaborating on the hiring plan and candidate closing techniques
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social platforms, communities and networks to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent
- Foster strong rapport with stakeholders to grasp their requirements, ensuring hires that align closely with business objectives and deliver quality outcomes
- Uphold a best-in-class experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating success in hiring talent in progressive product companies
- You can successfully partner with stakeholders to navigate intricate scenarios effectively
- Your ability to swiftly adapt to the evolving dynamics in a fast-paced environment is essential. You bring a proactive and agile approach to hiring
- Your communication and problem solving prowess includes outstanding written and verbal abilities and simplifies the complex
Working at Quizizz
