At Ellucian, interns are first trained in the fundamentals needed to be an active contributor on our team. About the Opportunity

We are looking for students to join our Product and Technology organization. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to help turn customer insight into simple, elegant product solutions. We’re looking for a responsible, analytical person who has a strong attention to detail, and clearly communicates with different audiences. In this role you will engage with teams located worldwide and help shape the experiences of millions of students.

Where you will make an impact

• Our product strategy and go to market
• Help in the creation of product backlog and roadmap planning
• Support the epics and stories creation to complement the initiatives
• Lead research for regulatory requirements and updates in different regions
• Collaborate with customers for product validation and to understand/solve challenges
• Analyze other Product Managers planning to align solution and portfolio strategies to deliver integrated solutions
• Assist with customer beta groups, responding to internal and external questions, monitor customer communities, and think quickly to synthesize incoming information into a cohesive response
