About the Opportunity
The Contract Processing Specialist reports to the Director, Accounting Revenue Operations. In this role, the Contract Processing Specialist will review, reconcile, and process a variety of agreements and adjustments in our Salesforce (Conga) system. The complexity of the agreements will vary and could widely range in the time it takes to complete; however, each are equally important having an impact to downstream systems.
Where you will make an impact
- Process contracts and adjustments through Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner upon contract execution
- Responsible for ensuring contract data is accurate in Salesforce and other systems, working across teams to reconcile downstream processes
- Review, research and act accordingly to non-standard items
- Monitor the order management email in-box to self-assign email requests and ensure that internal/external customer emails are handled in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers regarding the status of executed contracts, including any issues or discrepancies
- Work closely with Project Accountants to provide directives and assist as needed
- Provide support to other team members during peak time
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects
