About the Opportunity

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist – Sales Effectiveness, you will play a critical role in advancing the skills and effectiveness of our customer-facing teams. By developing and delivering world-class learning programs, tools, and resources, you will help improve sales performance and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional with experience in B2B sales enablement and a track record of designing impactful training programs.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and implement strategic enablement programs to enhance sales skills throughout a seller's journey.
  • Develop diverse learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, training guides, and certification programs, to support ongoing sales development.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing skill development for new hires.
  • Enhance onboarding programs as necessary with resources that accelerate time-to-productivity for sellers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, as needed, to align enablement strategies with company objectives.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Enablement team to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage sales performance data to identify skill gaps and inform program development.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of enablement programs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current sales training programs and refine them to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and integrate them into enablement programs.
  • Ensures materials are engaging, educational, follow adult learning principles, and are tailored by role/area as needed.
  • Partner with our Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) team members to ensure all systems are optimized for training and development.
  • Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Murf.AI, Vyond) and platforms like Highspot (CMS) and Docebo (LMS) to create and deliver content effectively.
  • Assist in the design of our annual sales kickoff and lead various training sessions as well as identify skill development needed.
  • Assist with the certification of new sellers and managers on our value selling methodology.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning and training materials for field sellers, with a focus on products and processes.
  • Selling experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales enablement objectives with the overall business strategy of the organization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, executing on project management, managing multiple priorities, and operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Open and inquisitive mind with a passion for learning.
  • Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy in your work
  • Skilled in establishing, capturing, and reporting on value-based performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on storytelling, presenting and creating engaging content both remotely and face to face.
  • Proficient understanding of sales concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong cross functional relationships at all levels.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Highspot and Docebo preferred.
  • Higher education sales and/or enablement experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing enablement for global teams. Bilingual is a plus.
