About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, curious intern to join our Solution Sales organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how enterprise SaaS solutions are positioned, demonstrated, and brought to life for higher education institutions.
In this role, you’ll work alongside Solutions Consultants, Strategic Business Advisors, and Sales leaders to help translate product capabilities into structured, repeatable customer walkthroughs and demo assets. You’ll take guidance from subject matter experts and transform it into packaged demo narratives that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and best practices.
This role blends product knowledge, storytelling, and light product marketing — ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
By the end of the internship, you will have contributed directly to a scalable demo and product tour library used in live sales engagements.
Where you will make an impact
Build Structured Product Tours
- Partner with Solutions Consultants to design scenario-based product tours and walkthroughs that demonstrate how our solutions support institutional goals and student success.
Translate Expertise into Story
- Take technical and functional input from Product and Sales leaders and turn it into clear, compelling demo scripts and structured narratives that Sales can confidently use.
Contribute to Demo Library Standardization
- Help organize and improve reusable demo assets, scripts, and enablement materials to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across regions.
Support Demo Automation Initiatives
- Assist with the preparation and refinement of assets for our demo automation platform, helping reduce manual demo prep time and improve repeatability.
Research & Insight Development
- Conduct light research on prospective institutions, market trends, and product use cases to help tailor messaging and positioning.
Learn the Higher Education SaaS Landscape
- Develop an understanding of:
- Institutional decision-making processes
- Student lifecycle workflows
- How SaaS platforms drive operational efficiency and student outcomes
