About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Process & Technology Analyst. This role will drive the mapping of existing processes across the Revenue team, including Sales, Solution Engineering and Customer Success, to drive efficiency and standardisation where possible. This role will focus heavily on the automation of these processes. This role will require strong cross-functional skills, working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems at a minimum.

What you will be doing:

Roles & Responsibilities include

  • Working with key stakeholders to analyze and map existing revenue processes, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Develop and Implement New Processes across the Revenue Organisation in conjunction with the Global Enablement and other departments.
  • Drive process standardisation across the Revenue Organisation
  • Lead Process Improvement Initiatives to determine optimal process definition and work with Business systems to automate.
  • Lead the requirements gathering for new functionality and create and execute testing plans for new functionalities and new tools.
  • Own strategy of revenue tool sets with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure we are maximising our investments.
  • Drive cleanliness and usability of tool set in particular Salesforce to ensure minimal manual process and Salesforce is as streamlined as possible.
  • Lead the integration of M&A process and technology requirements for the revenue team including process mapping as well as tool integration including salesforce
  • Responsible for the data within the tool sets ensuring data is clean and structured utilising best practices
  • Work closely with enablement on the training of our toolset and develop communications and FAQs for the systems and any new releases

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will demonstrate

  • Proven track record: You will have experience in driving process improvement in a sales environment including lead to quote
  • Technical experience: You will have extensive experience in Salesforce.com.
  • Building relationships: You will have proven high-energy and resilient work ethic in fast-paced environments, combined with the credibility to build strong working relationships at all levels across the company
  • Goal-oriented: You will be quick to spot opportunities, grasp abstract concepts and drive change
  • Communications: You will have excellent communication skills; written, verbal, listening and presentational, either in person or remotely
  • Adaptability: You will be effective at managing your workload, balancing the important with the urgent whilst meeting agreed deadlines

Although not essential, it would be beneficial to have experience in the following:

  • Previous experience in working with Tableau
  • Experience in Gong and Salesloft
