Job Description:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and manage sales and revenue forecasting, territory planning, and budgeting processes for the sales organization, establishing a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and modify sales territories through rapid growth, including conducting analysis of territories driving territory alignment decisions and policies.
  • Ensure that systems accurately represent sales information and are effectively used by the sales team to process transactions and provide information about the status of the business.
  • Ensure that forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.
  • Partner with Senior Management and Finance to drive the annual quota setting and compensation plan design process.
  • Evaluate pricing and payment terms with potential new clients looking to use our services.
  • Own the sales compensation function, ensuring that the sales team is paid promptly and accurately, partnering with Finance throughout the process.
  • Establish sales support process and support activities.
  • Serve as a key member of the Sales Management Team to plan for the growth of the company.
  • Orchestrate all sales training efforts from onboarding to new product rollouts to sales skills development.
  • Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch.
  • Resolve complex customer requests or complaints.
  • Ensure client satisfaction via routine check-ins and quarterly business reviews with respective account teams.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of sales and revenue operations professionals.
  • Partner with the sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and deployment.
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant training materials and assist with onboarding new account management talent.
  • Manage the activities of Account Managers, focusing on attaining key metrics.
  • Measure performance against sales plans of record against unit volume, revenue, and margin contribution.
  • Manage and direct the activities of multiple customers and sales teams.
  • Execute to budget team targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in providing analytical reporting and business insight.
  • Superior problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate strategic direction, innovative thinking, and plans to Executives.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment.
  • Collaborative, broad cultural awareness with the ability to work across all geographies.
  • Results-driven team player.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Planning and organizing plans and prioritizing work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks.
