What Will Help You Thrive

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Track record of successfully closing complex roles

• Experience using data and metrics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Proven success in proactive sourcing and pipeline building

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously
