The Role:-

  • After onboarding, as a Senior Pre-sales Engineer, you are expected to have a thorough understanding of Litmos solutions, their features, functionalities and integrations and you will be internally recognized as a subject matter expert on complex solution matters.
  • You will prepare and provide focused support to sales and partner teams during sales cycle and in customer calls, extending the solution expertise of the team influencing solution strategies, and understands our competitive advantage for customers and prospects. You understand the requirements, related business processes and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Responsible for creation and delivery of customer facing assets and Litmos solution demonstrations. (desktop, mobile). Ensure high quality and high quality customer meetings. Showcase best-practice demo techniques and scenarios.
  • Support partners in the development of product demonstration content to support their sales cycles.
  • Always staying current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Take an active role in enabling internal and external audiences about the solution.
  • Provide sales and demo support of key marketing events.
  • Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Implement best practices in responsibility area.
  • Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.
  • Develop collaborative work relationships.

Your Experience:-

  • Strong experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
  • Software Pre-sales experience within salesforce partner ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
  • Product Solution Knowledge , high interest in SW products and integrations
  • Presentation skills
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
