Position Overview

We're hiring for the 2025 holiday season and seeking motivated, personable, and organized Seasonal Sales Lead Representatives to join our growing team in Cutler Bay, FL.

This is a non-cold-calling sales role - all client leads are pre-qualified and scheduled by our marketing team. You'll meet with residential and commercial clients, design stunning holiday lighting plans using our mobile tools, and deliver customized quotes on the spot. Your creativity and communication skills will directly shape the joy and excitement our clients experience throughout the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel daily to pre-scheduled client appointments within your assigned territory
• Conduct in-person consultations at homes or businesses to assess lighting and décor needs
• Present solutions clearly, answer client questions, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Record client details, notes, and progress in CRM software
• Collaborate closely with installation and operations teams to ensure project success
• Represent Christmas Lights by Amco with a positive, solution-focused mindset
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (outside, in-home, or service-based sales preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital design tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple appointments per day
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak season
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• A passion for the holidays and creating memorable experiences
