At SELECTED FEMME, we are looking for a new Sales Responsible for the UK and Ireland.

A CENTRAL ROLE IN SALES

You will become part of a skilled and ambitious sales department with 40 dedicated colleagues. We all have the same passion for our work, and we strive to do our best – everyday.

As Sales Responsible, you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring that we achieve our budget objectives in your market. Additionally, you frequently follow up on performance and objectives with our local sales team, creating a constant focus on sales activities and results. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that your market always has the right product mix, thereby, increasing the turnover in all categories.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing, evaluating and following up on sales initiatives
  • Building, expanding and developing strong relations with wholesale customers
  • Daily contact with the sales representatives in the market
  • Daily and weekly follow-ups on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets
  • Planning, preparing and managing sales promotional initiatives
  • Participating in internal collection meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

You are skilled in creating great cooperation and relationships with both sales representatives in the market and with customers. You motivate and inspire your colleagues and communicate structured plans in a way that enables them to transform them into actionable sales initiatives.

Based on your sales experience, you quickly identify what is needed in your market to create sales growth. With your competitive mind-set and your high personal drive, it is given for you to deliver, take responsibility and make a success of whatever you embark on.

Moreover, we value the following qualifications:

  • Experience that shows your ability to translate sales strategies into result-generating actions
  • Min. 2 years of sales experience from either the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Knowledge of wholesale
  • Experience with working across cultures, preferably working with the UK & Ireland
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
