About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Revenue Insights Analyst to join our Sales team reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Mexico location.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the Go-To-Market organization by delivering high-impact revenue insights, improving forecasting and pipeline quality, and enabling clear visibility across the full revenue lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-context-switching environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Solutions Consultants, Customer Account Managers, and RevOps partners across global regions. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in revenue analytics, BI and data modeling, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and deliver high-impact analytics projects, including pipeline hygiene and quality initiatives, forecasting process improvements, and growth trend analysis.

  • Partner closely with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Snowflake teams to improve data availability, structure, and usability.

  • Deliver targeted, high-quality deep dives on topics such as bookings and revenue trends, retention and churn drivers, and product-level revenue performance.

  • Analyze performance across the full revenue lifecycle, including acquisition, expansion, and retention.

  • Support recurring business rhythms including QBRs and executive reporting.

  • Enable clear, accessible insights into pipeline generation, coverage, and quality.

  • Help train and optimize our BI environment to support AI-driven querying and analysis.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related role in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (Sigma strongly preferred, SQL, Python nice to have).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ and customer or revenue data platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Snowflake).

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline analysis.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation use cases.

  • Experience working in a project-driven analytics or RevOps team.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.

  • Comfortable working across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance.

  • Curious, adaptable, and excited about applying AI to real business problems.
