Overview of Job Role
To assist in the management of the Accounts Receivable Ledgers for the UK, GKA and Danish Subsidiaries
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Collection of cash to meet company cash forecasts and receivable targets as set by the Finance Director.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing ensuring that all invoicing requirements are met
- Uploading Invoices to customers portals as required
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
- Assist in the conduct of credit checks and managing credit given to previously agreed limits
- Working closely with customer services & sales team to ensure billing process run smoothly and dealing with any queries that might arise.
- Raising all credits and ensuring that the proper approval process is followed.
- Maintaining positive and productive customer and colleague relationships
Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential
- Good Excel skills
- Attention to detail
Desirable
- Prior AR experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision
