We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our consumer-facing web and app growth initiatives. The goal is to grow revenue and LTV across all our B2C acquisition and conversion funnel touchpoints. We are looking for a creative, innovative, data-driven Senior PM that can think outside the box, execute fast, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with our founder, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and test new growth ideas. You’ll work at both a strategic and tactical level, turning data, research, and intuition into products and experiences that millions of teachers and students will want to subscribe to.
This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue, LTV, and subscriber growth. Optimize pricing and packaging. Increase conversion across all product touch points
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and our business levers to inform growth product testing
- Foster organizational alignment to ensure acceptance and support of growth product strategy and roadmap priorities
- Lead a SCRUM team consisting of Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts in the role of Product Owner.
- Create user stories and manage the growth product backlog to effectively prioritize and plan the product roadmap
- Evaluate growth performance metrics to measure the success and impact of new features
- Work with partners and stakeholders in an iterative process that combines qualitative user feedback, quantitative data, and structured A/B testing
What You’ll Bring To The Role:
- Minimum 5 years total product management experience
- 3+ years’ experience owning aggressive growth targets, optimizing pricing and packaging, and a/b testing in a B2C business
- Successful track record of defining, building, and launching growth products
- Experience with agile development methodologies and leading scrum teams
- Experience using AI for general product management as well as building AI into product features
- Ability to use quantitative data and customer feedback to prioritize resources and quantify impacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical leadership
- Prefer experience with partnering with digital marketing on multiple acquisition channels
The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $175,000 per year. Pay and is dependent upon factors including skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
