Subject is the Netflix of K‑12—tripling booked ARR last year and accelerating toward our next Series B raise. We need a finance gladiator who can weaponize numbers at startup speed.

WHAT YOU OWN EVERY WEEK

  • Strategic FP&A – work with the CEO & Vice President of Operations to map out our long-term financial strategies. Don't just craft our vision, direct how we get there.
  • Fundraise Arsenal – own future fundraising narrative models & benchmarking.
  • CFO Command – harvest process DNA, set SLA clock, decide keep/replace.
  • CAC ↔ LTV War‑Room – real‑time channel payback with Marketing. (Re)define our hero metrics and help us optimize.
  • Comp‑Plan Engineering – partner with CRO; publish dashboards AEs actually check.
  • Treasury & Debt – extend IO period, monitor covenants, maximize yield on $30 M cash.
  • P/L Control & Growth Unlocks – own the full income statement; obsess over spend‑to‑ARR ratio, gross‑margin lift, and free‑cash‑flow velocity.

YOU ARE / HAVE…

  • Driven a SaaS rocket from ~$10 M to $50 M ARR (or bigger) and survived the Series B/C trench warfare.
  • Complete workhorse—70‑hour weeks don’t scare you; winning energizes you.
  • Fun, lively, mission‑obsessed. You light up a room and believe K‑12 needs radical change now.
  • Automate FP&A (Sheets/Excel + Looker/Mode) instead of drowning in decks.
  • Rolled out NetSuite (or equal) while the house is on fire.
  • Speak investor and operator in the same breath.
  • Thrive in a live, noisy sales floor—based in LA, office‑first.

COMP PACKAGE (TARGET OTE)

  • Base: $225 - 275 K
  • Variable: Target is 150 % of base (opportunity to go far higher), 100 % tied to enterprise‑value growth, ARR delta, and burn/financial health. Paid annually.
