● Contribute to, and execute the annual operating plan targets across their cluster and set of campuses within it. ● Ensure the placements of the entire set of students across different programs and campuses as per the annual operating plan targets, within their cluster. ● Manage day-to-day the corporate relations team across different campuses of their cluster. ● Proactively resolve team issues and operational issues to ensure effective, efficient, and seamless operations.

● Set up and maintain best practices in placement operations and help establish systems for data-driven decision making in their cluster ● Drive initiatives in corporate relations to identify and drive growth across their cluster and region. ● Ensure NSE top 500 corporates are recruiting from Sunstone.
