Content Writer

• Design and review detailed curriculum pertaining to learning outcomes of programs in Technology education, including detailed topics, and teaching schedule (number of hours per topic) • Research tech employability standards and drive programs that are focused on industry- aligned content for 21st century tech jobs • Create and match digital learning content specific to pre-determined learning outcomes • Lead the Instructional Design team (ID) to design/build engaging and interactive eLearning content templates • Curate relevant graphics for online content in collaboration with Content Production • Take inputs from corporates and design learning solutions for students pursuing the courses from the Sunstone brand to achieve learning outcomes • Coordinate with Academic Heads and Faculty to implement the standardized curriculum • Adhere to brand guidelines and company regulations while designing content • Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance content using with videos, graphics and assessments

Qualifications & Experience • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in managing a team of content writers, writing for digital platforms or mobile • Passionate towards education, proactive and willing to take initiative • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high- volume, results-oriented environment, independently with a small team • Incredible content writing skills and strong storytelling skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Adept knowledge of Storyboarding, eLearning, Instructional design and content writing o Strong attention to detail, deadline and delivery-orientation, and ability to work under pressure o Ability to handle fast moving projects across internal and external stakeholders o Problem solving and process management skills; detail orientation and passion for achieving global quality standards
