Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize L&D dashboards to track training participation, completion rates, and learning impact.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various learning programs and prepare insightful reports for stakeholders.
Support in creating and automating Excel-based reports and trackers (using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as feedback scores, knowledge retention, and performance impact.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve training design, delivery, and engagement.
Assist in managing learning management systems (LMS) and extracting reports.
Research and benchmark L&D analytics practices and tools to enhance data capabilities within the team.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to align data insights with organizational learning needs.
