1. User Growth Forecasting

• Analyzes and interprets data to identify areas for improvement and provide meaningful data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. Build data models to predict new account subscription volume.

• Works with operational staff to develop and maintain performance measurement processes (database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment).

• Define clear KPIs (e.g., new accounts, retention rates) for vendors; design frameworks to validate contract compliance.

• Analyze channel performance, conversion funnels, and CAC/LTV to optimize user acquisition strategies.

2. Data Analysis & Visualization

• Architect, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase or Looker (including LookML) to surface key metrics—MAU, conversion rate, retention, ARPU—at real-time, weekly, and monthly cadences.

• Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, LTV modeling, and churn analysis to assess user quality and acquisition efficiency.

• Deliver ad hoc analyses (cross‐month reconciliations, content ROI, campaign performance) to answer urgent business questions and unblock stakeholders.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing/operations to refine strategies using data insights, focusing on education/B2C user behavior.

• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and roadmaps.

• Prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations, driving alignment and influencing strategic priorities.

Required Expertise

• Education/B2C Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence, growth analytics—preferably in EdTech (K-12/Higher Ed) or B2C contexts.

• Advanced proficiency with Metabase and/or Looker (LookML).

• Expert SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation; strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complex analyses for non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
