We are seeking a Facilities Manager with Real Estate Responsibilities to oversee the daily operations of our facilities and manage our real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and properties are well-maintained, fully functional, and comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. They will also be responsible for managing lease agreements, property acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all facilities and real estate assets, including managing building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure that all properties comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Manage lease agreements, property acquisitions, and real estate transactions, including negotiating leases, purchasing and selling properties, and overseeing property inspections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to plan and execute renovations and construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage budget planning, financial reporting, and expense control for facilities and real estate operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Here's what you'll need to know/have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to facilities and real estate management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
