About the Role:

The role would involve working closely with Teachmint Impact Solutions team. Impact Solutions team works with Corporates and Public Sector organizations driving classroom digitalization across government schools in India. In the last 1 year, Teachmint has been able to deliver 300+ smart classroom solutions curated with vernacularized curriculum content, teacher capacity building services , impact monitoring and adoption services across India. Our Pan-India operational capability has enabled us to deliver solutions such as TeachmintX across 13 states including urban centers, northeast regions, as well as aspirational districts and also work with some of the leading partners in Education CSR segment such as Yuva Unstoppable, Hope Foundation, Centum Foundation, etc. Our CSR program offering shall, with the support of Corporates and other partners, provide Smart Classroom Solutions to government schools across India that are otherwise unable to afford the much needed and impactful educational technology infrastructure directly.

The Senior Manager would play a key role in driving adoption of Teachmint CSR Program offerings across multiple Corporates (as part of their CSR or philanthropic initiatives) and other Social Impact Funding Organizations. The candidate will be working closely in coordination with Business and CSR Partnerships teams as well as our partners such as Hope Foundation, Yuva Unstoppable and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of the partnership journey with corporates.

• Should be capable of successfully navigating through various stages of the partnership journey Outreach for new prospects & networking, Qualification of relevant prospects, driving meetings with Senior / Mid-management stakeholders, Gathering requirements & aligning prospects on suitable CSR program offering, showcasing the program need & benefits through corporate presentations, site visits & product demos.

• Managing commercial negotiations and contract discussions with respective procurement/legal departments of prospects.

• Commit & deliver an aspirational target every financial year with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Independently drive successful meetings with senior management / Board members / CSR Committee members from prospect organization through effective communication & presentation skills.

• Should have a good understanding various types of proposal evaluation & selection processes followed by Corporates and understand & leverage the understanding to achieve success.

• Should be good with drafting proposals & presentations as per client requirements.

• Able to leverage support from internal team members for achieving success.

Desired Experience & Skillset:

• 7+ years of experience in relevant experience in Corporate CSR Partnerships, Fundraising for CSR Programs, NGO, etc.

• Prior experience specifically in School Education or Education CSR is preferred.

• Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills.

• Active Network of Corporate Partners, NGO partners, funding organizations, etc is preferred.

• Track Record of achieving ambitious targets.

• Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to solve problems.

• Attention to detail with self-discipline & self motivation to achieve results.
