- Program budgets for both paid ads and affiliates/partnerships will be managed and determined by you via forecasting, based on ROI goals
The person we have in mind likely:
- Has at least 8 years of paid ads and affiliate marketing experience for an established SaaS brand
- Has 3 years experience leading a team at the Senior Manager or Director level.
- Possesses deep knowledge and understanding of the SaaS marketing industry, key SaaS metrics, and the nuances that go into building successful paid ads and affiliate/partnership programs
- Can think critically, with a proven track record of ROI driven Performance Marketing results

You don’t shy away from technical challenges and are able to deep dive across tools to find information and optimize processes to support the team.
- Shows an aptitude and willingness to teach and help others—you’ll be trusted to provide guidance not only to your direct rapports, but also to the marketing team as a whole and often to team members in other departments
- Loves to learn and grow. You’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up your skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:
- Experience with Data tools such as Mixpanel and Looker
- Negotiation skills when dealing with partner contracts and vendor contracts
- Have previous experience nurturing relationships with new and existing paid ads vendors and affiliate partners
