Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager IT to oversee our IT operations across the United States and India. This role involves:
30% Focus on US Operations: Ensuring seamless IT enablement with a focus on laptops, user connectivity, and IT support for remote teams.
70% Focus on India Operations: Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, including data centers, hosted applications, backups, and storage, security, compliances roll out like ISMS, ISO, SOC etc .
In addition to operational responsibilities, the role will involve leading central IT projects for the organization, including the implementation and management of HRMS, Dashboard Management, Smartsheet Management, KPI Management Systems, and Security Tools to ensure operational efficiency and a secure environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Global IT Management:
Lead IT operations across the US and India, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage laptops, connectivity, and IT support for US teams.
Oversee data center operations, hosted applications, and overall IT infrastructure in India.
Central IT Projects:
HRMS Implementation: Oversee the maintenance of centralized HRMS systems for efficient employee lifecycle management.
KPI Management Systems: Develop and maintain platforms for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units.
Security Management Tools: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including deployment of security tools and regular audits.
Systems Administration:
Administer Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., E-mail, SharePoint, Teams).
Manage antivirus console (e.g., CrowdStrike, Adobe).
Ensure regular software patching and system updates.
Network & Connectivity:
Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) performance.
Evaluate network needs and oversee routine audits.
IT Project Leadership:
Plan and execute IT projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with teams to develop new technologies and enhance organizational tools.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Select and manage vendor relationships for optimal quality and support.
Risk & Compliance:
Identify and mitigate IT risks, including data breaches and compliance violations.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor IT teams across geographies.
Develop standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to IT governance.
