Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Content & Campaigns)
Location: Sec 33, Gurugram, Haryana

empowerment, working to build an empathetic, accessible and equitable society through
awareness, education, and community-led initiatives. The digital team plays a key role in
amplifying this mission, building visibility, and engaging donors, partners, and
communities online.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a digital marketer with 2–3 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads,
email marketing, content writing, and campaign management. The specialist will plan and
execute integrated digital campaigns across web, search, and social to drive awareness,
engagement, and support for Almawakening’s programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategy (on-page, basic technical SEO, keyword
research, content optimization) to increase organic visibility for Almawakening’s
website and initiatives.
• Own content writing and creation for website pages, blogs, impact stories, landing
pages, and campaign creatives aligned with Almawakening’s voice and cause.
• Plan and run LinkedIn and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,
X) including content calendars, posts, reels, and community engagement.
• Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters,
donor/volunteer journeys, event and campaign mailers) including list segmentation,
automation journeys, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain marketing collaterals such as brochures, one-pagers,
presentations, digital banners, and campaign assets for fundraising, partnerships,
and events.• Track and report performance across SEO, email, and social channels using
analytics tools; derive insights and continuously optimize campaigns against KPIs.
• Collaborate with program, fundraising, and leadership teams to align digital
campaigns with key initiatives like disability inclusion drives and women
empowerment projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable work in:
o SEO and website content optimization.
o Running and optimizing Google Ads / campaigns.
o Content writing for web, blogs, and social media.
o Email marketing campaigns and basic automation.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to tell impact-led stories and
create clear, compelling copy for different digital channels.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google
Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Analytical mindset, comfort with dashboards and performance metrics, and ability
to recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Genuine interest in social impact, disability inclusion, and women’s empowerment,
with a willingness to work closely with on-ground program teams.
