Job Description: Video Editor & Graphic Designer (3–5 Years Experience)
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing & Creative team. This is a hybrid creative role where you will produce high-quality videos and design assets to support campaigns across social media, websites, product marketing, events, and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, a clean design aesthetic, and experience working in fast-paced organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing (Primary)
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, ads, events, and product marketing.
- Perform color correction, sound balancing, transitions, motion graphics, and cleanup.
- Add intros, outros, lower thirds, subtitles, and branding elements as required.
- Manage rotoscopy, background cleanup (where needed), and scene structuring.
- Maintain consistent quality, style, and output standards across all videos.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on time.
Graphic Design
- Create static graphics, social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Design brand-aligned visuals for campaigns, product pages, events, and email marketing.
- Develop clean, modern layouts with strong attention to typography and composition.
- Adapt and repurpose assets across multiple formats and digital platforms.
Brand & Creative
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and content improvement.
- Stay updated with design and video trends—AI tools, editing styles, transitions, and creative formats.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work with marketing managers, founders, and video/creative leads for approvals.
- Manage project timelines efficiently and deliver within deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing + graphic design.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva.
- Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, typography, and storytelling.
- Ability to produce polished, high-quality output with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of social media formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shorts/Reels).
- Bonus: Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Figma, AI video/image.
