Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Manual QA Engineer with 3–5 years of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate should have strong expertise in executing test scenarios, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring high-quality product releases. A keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple features and platforms.
  

• Execute and validate API test cases using relevant tools.
  

• Review and analyze requirements, user stories, and design documents, providing actionable feedback.
  

• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
  

• Identify, log, track, and retest defects until successful closure.
  

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and the Scrum team to ensure product quality.
  

• Follow and enhance QA standards, processes, and best practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in manual software testing.
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  

• Hands-on experience with test case design techniques and defect tracking tools (Jira or similar).
  

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience or familiarity with IDaaS (Identity-as-a-Service)
  

• Exposure to IPaaS (Integration-Platform-as-a-Service)
  

• Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On)
  

• Knowledge of IAM/ILM (Identity & Access Management / Identity Lifecycle Management)
